Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service for both US and non-US destinations. Please allow an additional 3-14 working days for your order to arrive.
Returns
If your item from Wolfberry Studio arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days. Your print is packaged very carefully to avoid potential damage, but Wolfberry Studio cannot be responsible for its handling and delivery once it is handed over to the postal service.
Upon receiving notice of a damaged order, We may ask for a photo of the item. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
At this time, we are not accepting mail-in returns of undamaged items. Undamaged items can be returned to Wolfberry Studio in person for a refund of the full item price. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
